LE MARKSTEIN

The place to be!

LE MARKSTEIN

ALTITUDE : 1183 Meters

In the heart of the High Vosges, Le Markstein is a true balcony overlooking the massif. Between deep forests, high-altitude pastures, and ridge lines, the landscape takes on a fully mountainous dimension. An emblematic spot on the Route des Crêtes, Le Markstein captivates with its wild character, open horizons, and the immediate feeling of being in the heart of the Vosges mountains. On a clear day, the view extends far, sometimes all the way to the peaks of the Alps. A place apart, where nature, terrain, and altitude set the tone.
